Whitty, caring, understanding, moving, inspiring, spiritual,influencial, efficient, perserving, outspoken, punctual, intelligent, responsible, stern, passionate, just, and the list goes on, are just a few words which I can utter about this great man.  In all my life, I have never come across a more radiant and overwhelming personality than the one belonging to Reverend Charles Oyabu.
